Women's Health

Women's Health & Wellbeing Circles

Women's Health & Wellbeing Circles provide a safe, welcoming, women-only space where women can improve their physical health, build confidence and connect with others.

Each programme combines accessible exercise sessions with culturally appropriate health and wellbeing workshops, covering topics such as nutrition, Type 2 diabetes prevention, cardiovascular health, menopause, stress and healthy lifestyle habits.

The project is designed to reduce barriers to physical activity and health information while supporting women to make positive, sustainable changes to their health.
